Cynthia Ann (Porter) Freeman

May 2, 1963 - July 4, 2015

Cynthia Ann (Porter) Freeman, 52, of Kendallville, formerly of Anderson, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne. She was born May 2, 1963 in Anderson, a daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Goodpastor) Porter. Cynthia attended Anderson High Schools and worked in home health care. She was a very giving person who loved and was loved by all. Cynthia attended Grace Holiness Church and enjoyed reading and country music, especially Travis Tritt. She is survived by her husband, Chuck Freeman; children, Javeta Acker of Kendallville, Mattie Bonaparte (companion: Gregory Mosley) of Avilla, Seth Beck and Zach Porter both of Anderson, Amber Freeman (companion: Alex Miller) and Rebecka Freeman both of Kendallville; grandchildren, Austen, Mariah and Savannah Acker, Kaiden Shaw, Renae and Kyson Beck, Zaydia, Zaybriel and Zariyah Porter, and Avery Miller; two brothers, Michael (wife: Judy) Porter and Steve Porter; two sisters, Jeni Polly Foard (husband: Shellie Foard Jr.) and Lisa Porter (companion: David Brown); two sisters-in-law, Tammy Porter and Tami Ward Bair all of Anderson, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Cynthia was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Harold Polly. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 10, 2015 at Grace Holiness Church, 3325 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Anderson, IN, with Pastor Tim Wiford officiating. Burial will follow East Maplewood Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 am. until the time of service Friday at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Sproles Family Funeral Home in New Castle. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
