Lee Ann enjoyed gardening, cooking, antiquing, deep-sea fishing, and especially camping with her grandchildren each year at Yogi Bear Park. Those left to cherish Lee Ann’s memory include her husband of 37 years, Scott Denney; a son, Malcolm (Courtney) Denney; five grandchildren. Alexis Denney, Ashlie (Jason) Creason, Elijah Denney, Aubrianna Denney, and Allie Grace Denney; two brothers, Max (Robin) Rowe and Mark Rowe; a sister, Marsha Darby; her father and mother-in-law, Orville and Margie Denney; four sisters-in-law, Sharon (Rick) Herbert, Sheila (Chuck) Brown, Sandy Denney Ammerman, and Shirley (Scott) Reece; a brother-in-law, Steven Denney, and many special nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Lee Ann was preceded in death by her step-father, Ira Bennett; her grandparents, George Rowe, Jim and Mable Brittenham, and Ed and Emma Jones, and by a brother-in-law, Jay Ammerman. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Sproles Family Funeral Home with Pastors Danny Douglas and Paul Riddle officiating.
